... with a silk screen of one of Rixler's threads all the way down the back. And a big Monkey head on the front. I'd wear that.

T-shirts....totally....this is a perfect way to start. A friend of mine made some t-shirts I don't remember how much he had to spend but I don't think it was that much...

T-shirts first and then we can do wedding dresses! yay!!!! wait...Is that gay?

The place...

... that we had the silk-screening done for the UMP was pretty reasonable for that type of stuff... We should try there...

right non-monxORs should not be involved...

Post by Bill Drayton Jr. »

no no no...not an enderzero.net t-shirt - it would be something of the monkey lair theme ... Like I would love a nice white sock-monkey t-shirt along with something completely nonsensical that would confuse people when they read it... and as far as the names go I think that would cost more money...

Right...

Post by R3C »

... they just need to have a SpiderMonkey designed evil looking sock-monkey on the front. The top of the back should say SpiderMonkey's Lair (since that was the original saying, coined by our very own Admiral McNevin.) Then we need a screenshot of one of Rixler's drunken posts faded in at the edges and somewhat diagonally oriented down the back of the shirt.

Sounds good. We should get to work on this right away so that it doesn't go the way of the Donqi.

Yeah...

Post by R3C »

... it will go the way of the Donqi though, because every good idea we've ever had always does. Because of lazy bastards like Rixler. Who won't write some fairly simple code for the game of the century. Bastard....

"oooooh......yeah.....ahhm.....I'm gonna have to go ahead and sort of disagree with you there?...... yeah....uh l2icks0r's been real flaky lately and I'm just not sure that he's got the caliber posts that we would want for the t-shirt... He's also been having some problems with his TPS reports..."

I'm the same way...

... but it must be twice as hard for him being that it is him and all. :D

Then perhaps it needs to be one of our incomplete message threads. It needs to fade at the edges and be rotated about 15-20 degrees. It has to show enough so that it is recognizeable as a forum. It has to have our avatars visible. I think Rixler needs to increase the size of his. Doesn't have to be as big as before, but it should be bigger. It's an excellent avatar and needs to be very visible. I'll keep Jumpman, Kevin can use Mappy, and Choki can use the spidermonkey. Or a big fat pair of scissors or something. :D

Excullent!!! (HEE HEE HEE) or was it exulent...

Post by R3C »

... either way... We should make a thread that will be used just for the shirt. Or at least pick one that has McNevin in it too with his Mappy avatar.

Now the cool thing to do would be to put the web address at the bottom of the shirt, but then idiots would see how cool we were and try to go to the site. Which we don't really want. 3nder would have to password protect this place or something silly like that.

AHA!!! We'll put a fake URL at the bottom. Like this one...

We should put a real Url like that one and have it go to a picture similar to the original spidermonkey's lair. Or a monkey saddle.

I think rather than using a normal thread I'll take some bits from here and there and organize them into something.

Nice...

Post by R3C »

... on the edges, it should look slightly ragged and then fade. What color should the shirts be? I was thinking red or black. Either would look good with the glowing red eyes of the evil sock-monkey!!! :D I know it's cheap to do shirts, but I don't know if it's more for full color or not. I assume they just have some kind of printer type of thing these days. We don't need anything raised or shiny, so standard image printing shouldn't be a big deal I would think.
