Maybe we should list all the bugs we find here?
Seems like there is an issue with Safari iOS and the apostrophe.
I’m thinking I’ve narrowed it down to that at least “I think” so.
It’s inserting smart / typographers / curly quotes instead of straight quotes
Chrome for iOS too...

Latest Chrome on Windows shows crazy encoding on that character. â

I've "fixed" the problem. I've disabled iOS "Smart Punctuation"

I think I found a new bug, apparently these giant quotes are also "smart punctuation"
