Ok so I saw something flash that looked like some friend stuff when I first loaded steam but cannot find what the notifications actually are - why not just tell me your damn nicknames!

found pretty much everyone including a really old ender account - i had trouble with the steam server not being able to handle me playing UT3...

It's pretty fun, kind of like battlefield lite.
As for wake island, this came out today if you have a 360:
