THat would be really cooll...instead of typing messages we could draw stuff right in the message....I wonder if that day will ever come?

So do it.... I want a little sketch pad with 16 colors. A pixel tool, a line tool, and a big brushed item. I actually wrote such a program in VB once.

if there was a BBS package that was only a sketchpad type of thing, I'd be on it all the time. If it was vector based, it would not take very long to draw everything either. If it was bitmap based, a long thread would eventually take a long time to load. Even better... A big hi-rez whiteboard, that could be edited by anyone. So multiple people could be adding to it at once... I'm going to look around and see if anyone has made something like this. I could put it in my web-space maybe if there is one.

There was this thing a year or so ago called Open Canvas. 4 People could draw on it on a network and everybody had their own layer. It was good lots of fun at the Smashing Ideas work. Not really an internet thing though.

... Something like that would even fit into my 10MBs of webspace. If there was just a front page, that leads to that app, that's all we'd need. It would probably be less than a couple megs.. At least as a temporary thing. We could move it to better hosting later.

there will not be a problem... you can restart the game in Nightmare... that's all that matters... I can't beleive you would think that at 40th level you would have a problem.
