I wasn't going to buy a new video card, but I'm thinking I may want to. If I do, I'm getting the X800XT which is shipping at the end of the month. I'm thinking I want to sell the 9800Pro for $150. (They're going for $230ish right now new) Let me know if you want it. It'll be a couple of weeks before I can get rid of it.

I was kinda bummed when i wasn't seeing a performance boost with the new card. Then i installed more ram, then I saw the increase.
Once i get that nforce board with dual channel ram, i'll be stylin. I know this because i got better benchmarks on my nforce1 with 266mhz ram, than i do with my current mb, with 333mhz ram.

I need this. errrr.
Note: nForce2 does NOT supports x4 memory device. 1GB can be made by other density of dram chip such as x 8, x16.
Due to the High Performance Memory design, motherboards or system configurations may or may not operate smoothly at the JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) standard settings (BIOS Default on the motherboard) such as DDR voltage, memory speeds and memory timing. Please confirm and adjust your memory setting in the BIOS accordingly for better system stability.
Example: Kingston HyperX DDR500 PC4000 operates at 2.65V, 3-4-4-8, CL=3.
For more information about specification of high performance memory modules, please check with your Memory Manufactures for more details.
What is this talking about here? When did memory get so damn complicated? Are there really differences to be seen?

You gonna have any extra DIMMs lyin around after that is completed? I got this dead 512MB PC2100 sittin 'ere.

Probably not. I'm running 2 512s right now, so I'd probably just pop in two more. That's the cool thing about the 865/875, you can have 4 modules and still have proper dual channel support.
