On the "upcoming" Tea Party album? I've heard something about some Jeff Martin's best guitar work to date and that it has a tentative title of "Seven Circles."
Oh dear damn how I cannot wait for this. Might need some extra toilet paper at arms reach on release date . . might be having a dual "release" if ya nah mean!

That is the first I've heard.

Kinda funny - my Australian buddy in Tokyo, Damian, is the kind of guy that is not in to music at all. His knowledge of band names/song titles/who does what etc. is shockingly little (but he does command a damn good tank). Anyway, he knew about The Tea Party and was in to them (as much as he could be into a band I guess). Pretty rare to meet someone into that band...let alone an Australian in Tokyo.

I havent known of them to be big in Tokyo . . australian tours just finished for them and from the live videos it looks like they are pretty damned big on australian turf . . actually, for anyone wanting to get a pretty solid look into Tea Party all around . . http://www.webphilia.com/~river/index1.php?page=home

And dont missout on the live sheep video on the lower left. Great stuff there. I thought they outlawed all acts of wool farming in canada though?!
quite strange

that the new album is supposed to be released this fall/winter. I think I read somewhere that it's coming out in Oct/Nov 03. I can't wait to hear what they've been working on! I'm really hoping that they tour through Vancouver this up and coming year.
Writing great music of tomorrow, promised yesterday and delivered sometime after today!!!

Yo man! Glad you found the time to swing by. I am well aware about the movies as well, but I dismissed it as off topic. :D

How's Tokyo man? From the few posts of yours I've seen in various corners of the internet it sounds like you need a vacation.
