Made the old Japanese yam curry special for Emily's bday last Weds plus a surprise bday cake. Since we didn't have baking powder I used baking soda+lemon juice which worked out pretty well.

Spaghetti is the one thing I could eat for 5 days in a row too!

Go Enderzero! Pulling off baking substitution hacks!

Speaking of hacks, that's 1.5 cups of rice in 4 quarts of water! Rice cooked like, well... spaghetti! Best rice I've ever made!

Now I want spaghetti! That basil really makes it look appetizing!

As for the rice, here is that hack I was talking about: https://www.kitchenkonfidence.com/2015/ ... like-pasta

Farmed wild nettles. Collected from the wilds of Carnation a few years ago and grown here since then.

Striped omelette! Basically the same as the other one but without avocado and sour cream but now you can see the cheese.

Is it weird that it feels like those omelettes are upside down when I look at them?

Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo of DEATH!!! I actually died 2.5 times whilst eating this monstrously caloric dish. You really can't tell from the picture but I doubled the amount of heavy cream and cheese I used. I made two plates and they were each 3,375 calories!!! The heavy cream alone was 3,200 calories and also used egg noodles which may have had a little more than normal fettuccine pasta because there was limited choice due to the damn virus and the peoples going nuts on buying everything up.
