This law didn't effect me in any way (other than perhaps setting bad precedents, but this is good news)


Violent Game Ban Overturned:
It looks like a judge has overturned Washington state’s ban on selling violent video games to minors…you know, something about that whole “free speech†thingy we have in this country.

U.S. District Judge Robert Lasnik wrote that depictions of violence have been used throughout the country's history to convey important social messages, and that the Supreme Court has never upheld bans on violent depictions under obscenity laws.

You know there is some serious lawmaking going on when the judge cites LOONEY TUNES in his ruling.
