bleah...why must teh sweet kanday hurt de tummay???
I love teh sweet canday....teh gummay lifesayvars...I eat two bags...teh tummay now hurt - wash down de sour cream and onion chips with da beer...teh tummay hurt may steel...uhg...sick...now what should I do...ick
I don't think that beer, potato chips, and SWEET CANDAY!!!! are the foods of choice to get ripped to zie bone...I'm a weak little monkay...a weak drunk little monkey who loves his SWEEET CANDAY!!!!
Ya see though this is all temporary...a last hurrah if you will - actually I had that yesterday....oh ok so this is the second last hurrah before entering into mega ultra hyper diet/exercise extremes on the quest to get ripped to de bonez!
I'm just binging...soonar or latar I will enter into full on crazy mode - soonar or latar...I just loves me teh sweeeeet kanday though...two 7.7oz bags of fricken gummy lifesavers though...ugh....yuick...I feel sickened...and all this friggin beer just really doesn't go along with teh sweet candy...It's like I am drinking and candy binging because who knows when it will be the time where I do it again...12 weeks from now? maybe...maybe...of course along the way during the 12 weeks I could maybe binge a little here and there...a few lovely glasses of monkey wine....yeah...that would be ok...but no sweet mofo canday...Amaazingly enough as it may seem sweet canday, beer, and potato chips will really bulk you up but...it's just fatty ass fat...Oh...and pizza too...but sometimes it seems as if pizza can be okay...ok even...
I've never been on this road I am about to embark on...True I've cut my share of weight from time to time but I only ever got down to a particular point in body fat...I never kept pushing into the netherzone where teh body fat is a single digit...I guess it was because it took so long to get to sub12% in the first place that by the time I got there I was ready to binge again...now at 12% I could try for the next 12 weeks and see what happens...I don't think it will come as fast as 1% a week...will probably drop to 1% a month...for the next three months...ok so that's 9%....hmm...that's not so high...the trick will be to increase muscularity at the same time as losing the fat...it is teh holy grail....the most difficult thing to do in weight management...weight gain/loss is easy...but controlling what kind of weight you gain/lose is the difficult part. Lose fat and gain muscle...difficult...but I suppose I am up to the challenge...although I must admit I *HATE* challenges....
Teh shoogar...and teh fats...w/beer...ah yeah...I feel sick.
