I tried to weigh 200 lbs once too, but failed; I could only get to about 194, but I was trying to not be fatty fatt fat.

I've weighed 210 in recent months, but I'm 6'4". I started exercising again. Now I'm right around 190-195. Which seems to be optimal for me. I'm quite happy with my current configuration. :D

I was larger than I was used to for a while there. Lots of eating of good food prepared special for me. :) Not to mention that I became a lazy UberGamer for a while. I could see my belly. It wasn't really poking out or anything, but it wasn't flat. Now it's become flat again, but I have some weight to me. I feel tip-top now. I drink about 50 gallons of high quality green tea every day, and a nice red wine once a week or so. I'm on a pretty nice food regimen now too. Lots of breads, cheeses, some meats, lots of fish, plenty of vegetables. Oh, and a bunch of candy and ice cream. One would think that the latter would throw off the balance, but I think it creates the perfect balance for me. I think I need those items, since about 50% of the time, I'm fairly hyperactive.

SO...I just watched the "SuperSize Me" movie...pretty surprising...and a bit shocking. After seeing this movie I have decided to cancel the plans I had to weigh 211...at least for the next couple of years.

I've basically been following a much much lesser version of that sort of diet to gain the recent pounds I have put on.

I've been eating fast food A LOT lately and drinking a lot of beer and I've put on the pounds...I gained over 20 lbs in about 6 weeks. The lame part is I haven't seen any performance increases - I was stronger and in better cardio shape when I was 178...Now at 196 I have been getting increasingly lethargic over the last few weeks and I have also had a kind of lucid acute depression of sorts. I see no reason to continue with this lame diet. Oh I also cut out cardio completely.

Anyway - if you haven't seen the SuperSize me movie yet you should...it's got some pretty crazy things in it. I can't help but think that capitolism has something to do with obesity in the US...lame...

Now time for weight loss...in the past I was able to lose .75 - 1.25lbs a day by doing extensive cardio and cutting out sugar and limiting carbs to 20g or less. Unfortunately that is unhealthy - they say 2lbs a week is the most you should lose so in 10 weeks I should be able to get to 176. In the supersize me movie the author took 9 months to return to his normal weight...ridiculous...I think that having a high fat diet was definitely a problem but the guy was averaging 5000 calories a day...if he cut that in half I think he wouldn't have gained as much wieght...
